Infrastructure in Practice
Real engagements. How data systems, attribution, automation, and operational infrastructure worked in practice.
Fetch Wireless (Rural MVNO)
Telecom • Digital Growth Infrastructure
The Challenge
Fetch Wireless, a rural MVNO serving small-town and underserved communities, was transitioning from retail-driven sales to digital acquisition. The company had strong market fit but limited visibility into which channels, audiences, and moments actually drove revenue — resulting in inefficient ad spend, fragmented data, and inconsistent performance reporting.
Our Approach
Obito rebuilt Fetch's marketing infrastructure from the ground up, transforming disconnected performance data into a single, measurable system.
- →Implemented centralized data pipelines across Google Ads, Analytics, and CRM to unify campaign visibility
- →Applied multi-touch attribution modeling to identify which channels, creatives, and geographies drove true conversions
- →Automated budget allocation, pacing, and time-of-day optimization using structured campaign logic
- →Developed real-time dashboards linking ad performance to actual signups and regional demand patterns
The Results
Key Deliverables
- →Built a connected marketing data system integrating paid media, CRM, and geo-performance data
- →Designed an attribution layer to identify high-value audiences and channel combinations
- →Deployed automation logic for campaign pacing and targeting optimization
- →Delivered real-time visibility into performance for leadership
“Obito delivers top-tier work backed by clear strategy and disciplined execution. They raised the bar on quality, streamlined our processes, and produced visible improvements in speed, reliability, and consistency. A proactive partner that manages our entire marketing tech stack — always pushing us forward instead of needing to be pulled across the finish line.”
— Karl S., Fetch Wireless
Erie County Cancer Services Program
Public Health • Precision Outreach
The Challenge
The program needed to know where the uninsured residents in its priority screening cohort actually lived. The information required to answer that question sat in separate places — federal survey data on one side, county records on the other — with no common ZIP-level structure linking them, and no validated basis for directing outreach to specific ZIP code areas.
Our Approach
Obito integrated U.S. Census ACS health-insurance survey data with county records across all 70 Erie County ZIP code areas. We analysed 948,704 residents to identify 7,638 uninsured individuals in the program's priority screening cohort, and delivered a validated targeting platform with zero data integrity errors across all fields.
The Results
Key Deliverables
- →Integrated U.S. Census ACS health-insurance survey data with county records across all 70 Erie County ZIP code areas
- →Analysed 948,704 residents to identify 7,638 uninsured individuals in the program's priority screening cohort
- →Delivered a validated targeting platform with zero data integrity errors across all fields

“ECCSP now allocates outreach budgets and partnerships with precision. We're seeing measurable uptick in screening engagement across previously underreached neighborhoods.”

Anovion Technologies
Advanced Materials • Workforce Infrastructure
The Challenge
Anovion was expanding rapidly — preparing for a major acquisition and building a new manufacturing facility to scale production in the advanced materials sector. But growth outpaced structure. Recruiting, onboarding, and workforce data lived in silos across HR, R&D, and operations, making it difficult to plan capacity or forecast hiring needs accurately.
Our Approach
Obito partnered with Anovion to design an integrated workforce intelligence system connecting people, process, and performance data into one operational framework.
- →Unified recruiting, onboarding, and performance data into a single data system for real-time workforce visibility
- →Designed repeatable automation layers to streamline hiring and onboarding workflows
- →Built standardized talent playbooks and coordination systems bridging HR, R&D, and operations
- →Applied attribution logic to link hiring performance directly to production output and facility readiness timelines
The Results
Key Deliverables
- →Designed a connected workforce data system for hiring and capacity planning
- →Automated onboarding and cross-department coordination workflows
- →Built scalable workforce playbooks to support post-acquisition growth
“Obito helped us get clarity on a messy people and data environment during a period of rapid growth. They brought structure to a situation that had outpaced our systems — and left us with something we could actually run.”
— Craig, VP of Operations, Anovion Technologies
