How We Deliver

Every Obito engagement follows the same four-phase sequence: Diagnostic, System Design, Build & Integrate, Documentation & Handoff. No perpetual retainers, no open-ended scope, no systems that only we can run.

The Four Phases

Each phase has a defined scope, typical duration, and clear deliverables. You know what you are getting and when before we start.

01

Diagnostic

Duration

1–2 weeks

Client Involvement

High — requires your time and access

What Happens

We map your current tools, workflows, data sources, reporting, and operational bottlenecks. The goal is to understand what is actually happening before recommending anything. We do not start with a template and fit you into it.

Outputs

  • Inventory of current tools, integrations, and data flows
  • Identified gaps, inefficiencies, and highest-leverage opportunities
  • Prioritized starting point for system design
02

System Design

Duration

1–2 weeks

Client Involvement

Medium — review and alignment sessions

What Happens

We design the specific architecture that addresses your constraints. This covers the stack, the integration points, the data models, and the automation logic. You review and approve before anything is built.

Outputs

  • Architecture diagram and component specification
  • Stack selection rationale (warehouse, pipeline tool, automation layer, AI framework)
  • Defined success criteria and handoff requirements
03

Build & Integrate

Duration

3–8 weeks depending on scope

Client Involvement

Low-to-medium — access for testing, feedback on outputs

What Happens

We build, connect, and test. Systems are validated against real operating conditions — not just synthetic tests — before handoff. Where custom code is needed, we write it. Where existing tools connect cleanly, we use them.

Outputs

  • Working system deployed to your environment
  • Integration with your existing stack (CRM, warehouse, analytics, etc.)
  • Tested outputs validated against your actual data
04

Documentation & Handoff

Duration

1 week

Client Involvement

High — your team runs what we built

What Happens

Your team gets clear documentation and a handoff session so they can operate what we built without ongoing dependency on us. If something breaks or needs adjustment, the documentation tells you what to check first.

Outputs

  • System documentation (architecture, data flow, configuration)
  • Runbook for common operations and maintenance tasks
  • Handoff session with your operators

What We Build With

These are the tools and frameworks we use across engagements. We choose based on what fits your environment — not based on preferred vendor relationships or familiarity bias.

Data Warehouses

Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift

Centralized storage for structured, queryable data across all your systems.

Data Pipelines

Fivetran, Airbyte, custom connectors

Automated extraction and loading from source systems into your warehouse.

Data Transformations

dbt (data build tool)

Clean, model, and version-control the logic that turns raw data into business metrics.

API & Workflow Automation

Custom APIs, Zapier, Make, n8n

Connect tools, automate repetitive steps, route data between systems without manual exports.

AI & Agent Frameworks

Claude, GPT, and similar leading LLMs

Practical AI agents for research, reporting, decision support, and document processing — built into your stack, not bolted on.

Attribution & Analytics

Custom models, GA4, custom dashboards

Multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and reporting that connects spend to revenue.

The stack list above is capability depth, not name-dropping. We use these tools because they are the right tools for the work. If your environment calls for something different, we adapt — the goal is a system that runs in your stack, not ours.

You Own What We Build

Documented

Every system we build comes with documentation your team can follow — architecture, data flow, configuration, and common operations. Not a glossy summary. A real runbook.

Runnable

Systems are handed off in a state your operators can run without us. Where ongoing support is useful, we define that scope separately — it is never a hidden dependency.

Yours

Code, credentials, configurations, and data models are yours. We do not hold infrastructure hostage to retainers or lock you into our tooling where it can be avoided.

Start with a Free Diagnostic

A 60-minute working session to map your current systems, identify the highest-leverage gaps, and outline a practical infrastructure path.
