Data and AI systems for government agencies and public programs, where a wrong number changes who gets served.
We build data, integration and AI systems for agencies and publicly funded programs. The data is sensitive, the review is regulated, and the people acting on the output are program staff, not engineers. We design for those constraints from the start, in what we build and in how we document it.
Past performance. Every figure ties to a retained project record.
Survey-based figures are labeled as estimates.
A production AI agent and reconciliation layer
55x baseline · undetected until this gate
We build and run a production AI agent and the reconciliation layer under it, across six systems, keeping customer identity intact from first contact to payment. We found and fixed a 55x record duplication defect that had run unnoticed in production, and added validation gates at the system boundaries. Full case study →
Geospatial data integration
We built a pipeline and weighted risk model over federal survey data that program staff use to direct outreach. We also caught a defect every test had missed: dropped margin-of-error columns were pushing tiny areas to the top of the rankings. We now check output against the limits of the source data. Production hardening under active attack
We took over a production environment in the middle of a credential-stuffing attack and stopped more than 95% of hostile login requests before they reached the host. Then we built access controls and left monitoring, alerting and written incident procedures in place. Full case study →

Ask a question- Can OBITO LLC work as a subcontractor?
- Yes. We work as a prime or a subcontractor, and we team with primes who need a technical partner for data or AI work.
- What are your registration details?
- OBITO LLC is active on SAM.gov as a small business, primary NAICS 541512, also 541511 and 541519. We send our UEI, CAGE code, capability statement and past-performance references on request, through the request form on our contact page.
- Do you build AI systems for regulated programs?
- Yes. We build them with human review on decisions, audit trails, documented decision logic, and plain-language documentation for the program staff who act on the output.
- How does a project start?
- Usually with a one-week discovery and audit. After the audit, our platform runs on your data within 90 days at most, and a proof of concept can be ready in as little as 24 hours. Contract vehicles and review cycles can change that schedule.
- How is the work priced?
- Our platforms are commercial software owned by OBITO LLC and licensed to the agency or prime. We also take services work on government contracts, priced by the hour or at a fixed price, scoped separately from any license. Program data stays with the program.
