An integration platform for systems that were never meant to talk.
Most companies run on software bought one tool at a time. The CRM doesn’t know what billing knows. We build the connectors between them, secure them before they go live, and load-test them.
What is included.
- Connectors over REST, GraphQL and webhooks.
- Token refresh, retries with backoff and rate limits written for each API.
- One shared connector base that handles authentication, retries and logging the same way for every system.
- Services and APIs of your own, built in FastAPI and TypeScript.
- Authentication with OAuth2, JWT and SSO, in place before anything is exposed.
What clients use it for.
CRM and billing connectors
Keeps customer and payment data in step between the systems a company runs on, through one connector base.
In production: National wireless carrier →Internal tools and databases
Connects support tools and in-house databases to the CRM and billing, so the next system takes configuration instead of new code.
How it works.
One base for every connector.
The first few connectors teach us how your systems behave. After that, every connector sits on one shared base that handles authentication, retries, rate limits and logging the same way. On one client project, six systems connect through one base, and adding a seventh is configuration.
Secured before it is exposed.
Every endpoint has authentication and access control before it goes live, and is built to stay fast under load. We have also hardened four websites during a live credential-stuffing attack, so we design for hostile traffic from the start.
Custom code or a no-code tool.
Zapier and n8n are the right answer for many small handoffs. Custom integration pays off when volume is high, when failures need careful retries, when the data feeds a system of record, or when someone needs an audit trail. The one-week audit tells you which side of that line you are on.

Questions about the integration platform.
Not covered here? Send us your question and an engineer will answer it.
Ask a question- When is a custom integration better than Zapier or n8n?
- When volume is high, when failures need careful retries, when the data feeds a system of record, or when you need an audit trail. For small handoffs, a no-code tool is often enough.
- Which systems can you connect?
- Anything with an API over REST, GraphQL or webhooks. That usually means CRMs, billing and payment systems, support tools and internal databases.
- Who maintains the integrations?
- We do. They run on our integration platform, which we license to you and run and maintain. Your data and your configuration belong to you.
- How long does an integration project take?
- Discovery and audit take one week. After the audit, the platform runs on your real data within 90 days at most, and a proof of concept can be ready in as little as 24 hours.
